We strive to provide a fun way to
get fit, focused, and flexible. We utilize Olympic
apparatus, such as the floor, pommel horse, rings,
vault, parallel bars, high bars, and beam, as well
as an obstacle course, tumble trak, rope, and a trampoline
to build strength, agility, self-control, and confidence. Strength
is developed through activities
which inspire students to do their best. Determination
and concentration are encouraged and reinforced as
the students learn new skills. Every effort is
made to group the students according to their age,
ability, interest and objectives. Students are
challenged on an individual basis to learn and perform
new skills in a fun and safe environment. Progression
to the next level will be determined by the instructor
when the gymnast has mastered the necessary skills
at their level.

We focus on strength and flexibility
with emphasis on tumbling and jumps in order to learn
the basic building blocks that are needed to understand
and perform tumbling skills and sequences. The
gymnasts in the class will use mainly the floor and
tumble trak. This is a great class for children
who don't want to work on the equipment (bars, beam,
etc.) but want to learn how to do cartwheels, round-offs
and back-handsprings. The Intermediate Advanced
and Advanced classes are by invitation only (or need
to be evaluated by the instructor before joining
the class).

Information coming soon!
We offer pre-team, beginner, intermediate
and advanced classes for more experienced gymnasts. Basic
skill proficiency is required before the student can
be ready to participate in more advanced classes. A
higher level of interest and commitment is required
to enjoy the challenges of higher level skill development
and learning routines. Participants
must be able to work independently. Our competitive
team program is available for gymnasts
at higher skill levels and is by invitation only (or
need to be evaluated by instructor before joining team). Our
team gymnasts will master routines developed by the
USA Gymnastics Program and perform those routines at
local, state, regional and national competition.
